Canning or Freezing for the Winter?

Hi everyone, we frequently have a lot of tomato seconds when we pick and sort them. They are great to use for sauces, canning or freezing and salsas. If you would like to come to the farm and pick up a flat or two to preserve please let us know so we can arrange it.
